Ranomics is looking for a talented bioinformatician / computer scientist to join the Ranomics team. The bioinformatician will be responsible for carrying out analyses on high-throughput functional assay data and developing an in-house data analytics platform.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensures up-to-date knowledge on human genetics and genomics.
- Communicates finding clearly to other team members.
- Develop an in house data analytic platform for analyzing next-generation sequencing data.
- Build statistical models to represent experimental results.
- Compile and analyze human SNP data.
Minimum Qualifications (Must have)
- Background in computer science and biology (Ph.D level preferred).
- Proficient at multiple computing languages (R, Javascript, Python, C and/or C++).
- Track record of developing data analytical pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated and passionate about healthcare.
Working knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.
Previous startup experience.
